With the weather this time, and freezing cold temperature in the office, there is no deny I never have had a real work-out for the longest time. Can I count a year?
I cant even remember the last time I experienced sweating! I know it's not a good feeling of being sticky and stinky, but I need to eject some toxins in my body. People would hate me that despite all the fat, sugar and salt I take each day, I still managed to lose 10 pounds in three weeks. And that is without any effort.
Maybe, I really need a good work out to have my body react on reverse.. Need to gain some real weight.
