I came from hospitality industry and people might raise their eyebrows if I say that I am passionate about customer service. Well, I am.
I used to work in a coffee shop and more than performing my daily job, my biggest fulfillment is making people happy. That's why it makes me sad, frustrated and mad whenever I experience unacceptable service.
I thought of publishing another blog which posts talk about my everyday experiences regarding companies' service. Not to put anyone into a bad light, but just so I could release my frustrations - and so people would be inspired to do better.
