Manila Ocean Park's Rev, Drive & Drift: 3-Day Car Event or More for The Last Man Standing Challenge

Who wants to win a new Nissan car, raise your thumb!

Yes, a thumb is all you need to win a new car. BUT you have to be the last man standing. This is just one of the activities in the Rev, Drive and Drift - Manila Ocean Park's Biggest Car Event happening for three days (April 29, 30 and 31).

If you want to join the Last Man Standing Challenge, get the application form from the Manila Ocean Park or at any Nissan Motor dealers and outlets. You may also download forms at Manila Ocean Park website starting today.

Here are the mechanics I have gathered from the media launch. Please note that you have to be in good health condition (those with Panic Attacks, Anxiety, etc are not advised to join). All qualified participants would be gathered on April 29th at the Manila Ocean Park where they would be given bio-break coupons (5-minute break each coupon which they need to use to go to the washroom, eat or drink, or update their status messages!). At the Go signal, participants would be welcomed inside the MOP's concourse area where 6 Nissan cars would be parked - participants should then place their thumbs at the most comfortable position - and the last man standing would win a new NISSAN SENTRA 1.3 GX STD. The challenge may last for three days, or more, who knows? Are you up for the challenge?

If you think you cannot last the challenge, you may join other activities. See below for schedule:

I was hoping I can make that into a table, but I don't know how. But anyway, I hope the schedule gets you excited!

What makes me excited even if I am not a car enthusiast - the Die-cast Collection would feature Fast and the Furious, F1, European Series, Japanese, Limited Edition Collection with opening doors, roof and trunks. It would be in the Concourse Area of MOP and would be displayed like in museum - ala Guinness Book of World Record. The amount they say is more than million pesos.

Then of course, the Driving Movie event - you know that scene in Hollywood films whenever a couple goes out on a date and drives in, watch movie in a big screen while staying inside the car, enjoying popcorn (and probably kissing and dismissing the movie - typical scene). Yes, you would get a chance to portray the scene too! Philippines is the only Asian Country to participate in the Fast and the Furious 5 event (there are only 3 countries - Mexico and US too). So the movie marathon would feature Fast and the Furious 1 to 4. Now I need a date who would not be jealous of Paul Walker!

Other activities include Fashion/Bikini Show, Drifting Competition (and I heard we would get a chance to ride !), and a date with GBX babes. Plus Eastwest Bank would have a booth to accommodate inquiries regarding auto-loan.

Will I see you and your gear?
