I know staying fit and healthy takes a lot of discipline .. so I am sharing with you what Aubrey Miles had shared during the event - don't make a goal. Simply, make it a lifestyle (like yoga).
Seriously, you don't need to deprive yourself from eating everything and anything you want, but do it in moderation. Not eating healthy or not eating (at all), will not make you fit (and thin), - it would make you sick. Eating the right food and doing regular exercise (which I need to start doing) are the ways to do it!
Troy Montero and Aubrey Miles are the Healthy Lifestyle Ambassadors
