TOMS Art of Giving Gallery + #WithoutShoes Campaign

TOMS as a fashion brand continuously changes the lives of many people including talented young artists who dedicated their time and talent in designing a pair or two of TOMS shoes. 

The Art of Giving Gallery is put up in the newest TOMS Store in SM Aura where designers' customized shoes would be displayed and auctioned to the highest bidder - the proceeds of which will go to each artist's chosen charity.



Here are the 7 talented young artists who shared the same passion in giving back:


Bambina Jacinto

Full Bloom  
Medium: Acrylic 

Inspiration/ Description: Spring reminds me of flowers and so I was inspired by tropical flowers here in the Philippines.

Blue China 
Medium: Acrylic 
Inspiration/ Description: I was inspired by blue and white fine china. I associate it being served with my favorite local summer fruits or fresh flowers.

Carlo Ongchangco

Happy Life
Medium: Acrylic and Sharpee pen
Inspiration/ Description: TOMS intends to bring a smile to every child, so my inspiration is about their smiles as they receive a pair of shoes for their happy feet.

Inspiration/ Description: A normal day of a child

David Bonifacio

Escape
Medium: Gel Pen and Sharpee
Inspiration/ Description: Thought about the idea of escapes while on a plane for a work trip. Would be nice to go somewhere quiet and not crowded, somewhere relaxed, somewhere outdoors, somewhere far away, somewhere I can take my Toms.

Description: An offshoot of the table top creatures that I have been making. All the details and patterns were taken from parts of the creatures and translated in embroidery.

Nicole Whisenhunt

Medium: Embroidered Rhinestones
Description: Inspired by my current fixation of beautiful muted colors of spring, dainty leaves & old world embroidery, this pattern is a spin off of one of my current bridal bags being launched this year.

Medium: Embroidered Bugle & Sequin Beads
Description: Sparkling fun in black and white beads. Toms goes disco!

Nix Alanon

Marble-ous
Medium: Paint and Pen
Description: This was inspired by marble, a natural material commonly employed for interior finishes. Stone is one of Nix's favorite natural finishes to use.
Charity: Tulay ng Kabataan

Wooden Shoe
Medium: Paint and Pen
Description: This was inspired by wood, a natural material commonly employed for interior finishes. This is also the base of mostly anything that needs to be assembled from furniture to construction.
