Bespoke Pampering at French Tips Nail Parlour

November 1, 2015
How to Date a Friend?
Okay, if you are a guy and wanted to date your girl friend (because she’s too awesome and always has the right things to say.. ehem!) invite her to France. Sounds too grand? Nothing is too grand for a precious friend. If the budget is tight though, you can bring her to a pampering session that would make her feel like a princess -if not a queen or part of the royalty.
.. and that is exactly what my favorite #NognogintheCity friend did last Thursday. We walked inside a nail spa with the picturesque gardens of France. The secret little place that we went to? French Tips Nail Parlour.

French Tips Nail Parlour is a pampering destination that delivers a relaxing bespoke beauty experience. It offers exceptional service anchored on bespoke and customized hand and nail treatments that stay true to the luxe ideals inherent to the South of France but at the best price.

That was a much needed time for relaxation for me. You know how busy one can get that finding a time for yourself seems impossible. If you have an hour or two, you can spend the time for  a luxe escape from the crazy world out there.
Unlike other nail spas, French Tips Nail Parlour offers a personalized service starting with selecting your preferred scents for your lotion and foot soak.
Choose from Wild Rose and Pomegranate, Mandarin and Grapefruit and Olive and Green Tea.
They suggested Olive and Green Tea and my senses instantly agreed. The scent reminds me of spa. I suddenly thought of full body massage.
I let myself sink into the comfortable golden chair as they prepare my treatment. The golden high back armchar is too comfortable I could have fallen asleep. The other royal customers spent their time focused on their phones (there’s fast, free WIFI!) while I let my eyes rest and adore the intricate details of the nail spa. What instantly caught my eyes (like anyone else)  are  the white deer heads that serve as focus point on the walls.
Anyway, I took the Royal Package which includes manicure and pedicure, foot and hand spa and paraffin wax Php 1,369.
I don’t usually take this kind of package but since we have time to waste in such beautiful nail parlour, I took it anyway. I thought I need a good massage and paraffin wax for my shaky /pasmado hands.
French Tips Nail Parlour’s staff is so professional and well-trained. My nail specialist was careful in handling my toes and things during the treatment (especially the paraffin wax!) She was also very smart at managing the time to ensure that we finish on time (before the mall closes! Haha). She first did my toes and massage, wrapped paraffin wax and did my hand massage and nails. While my hands were wrapped, she started working on the polishes.
French Tips Nail Parlour uses Zoya and also offers Gel Polish. I chose matte polish from Zoya, because gel polishes are so troublesome to maintain and remove 😀  Zoya quickly set and dried – I thought I would be disabled for a couple of minutes but everything was done in just a few. Yay!
That’s 2.5 hours of my time that I enjoyed wasting French style.

So if you guys have an hour or two to spare, needing a place to relax while waiting for a meeting or simply wants to date your friend, sister or mother, bring them to French Tips Nail Parlour located at 5/L Fashion Hall, SM Megamall and on 3/L Ayala Fairview Terraces.
Here’s a French tip for you all, watch out people in Nuvali, it would soon open in Nuvali Solenad and UPTown in BGC.

Thank you Rodel, Joel and French Tips girls for having us! Btw, I really love the girls’ uniform!
I am guessing, this is how a typical guy would look while waiting for his girl/sister/mother who is on a pampering session. Okay guys, avail of the services too – and make sure that you use the bathroom first before you sink in that comfy couch! 🙂
