[Review] Benefits Big Easy Complexion Perfector: An Easy Cream or Big Disappointment?

August 13, 2014

When you attach a word “big” in any name, brand or product, you expect great things. It must be the same feeling that I felt when I saw the Benefit Big Easy Complexion Perfector. Did this product give me an easy day or big disappointment?

Continuing my review of the Benefits products I got from the June BDJ Box. Here’s my quick review of the Benefit Big Easy Complexion Perfector..

What does the Benefit Big Easy do?

BIGGER than BB! Why? Two reasons. First, big easy balances moisture & controls oil. Second, the cushiony liquid-to- powder formula melts in like a cream, yet finishes lightweight & velvety like a powder.

This multi-balancing complexion perfector gives light-to-medium natural coverage to even out skintone and conceal imperfections. Even better, it contains ingredients known to soothe & comfort the skin and help fight free radicals. One & done…big easy saves the day! Non-comedogenic. Oil-free.

My Skin Condition
I have an oily skin and acne prone, so the first thing I look for in a skin product – the Non-comedogenic print on the label.

I used the Benefits Big Easy during the Macadamia Muse event. I used it under my usual moisturizer.  This is the selfie that I took when I arrived in the venue.

What I like about the Benefits Big Easy Complexion Perfector
It gives good coverage, and evens out on my skin.
I love that the product comes with SPF 35
It gives a natural look
What I don’t like about the Benefits Big Easy Complexion Perfector
It could be that I have such an oily skin, that my skin feels more oily after using the product. It felt heavy on my face, as if I was wearing a really heavy make-up.
Results Review
I feel that this product might not best work for those who have oily skin like me. This might be perfect for those who have dry and natural skin. The SPF 35 is a plus for this product. I love that even if it made my skin a bit oily than usual, it didn’t give me breakouts and zits. I am not disappointed at all. I am thinking of probably using the product on a normal day (not for big events) when I can all look natural and light:)

It is cool to have tested this product before I even buy this. Thank you to @bdjbox!
Next time, will try to post more selfie pics in reviewing beauty stuff!
