How Do Celebrities Maintain Their Skin? Cetaphil Healthy Skin Mission
We all want it – a beautiful, healthy skin – just like that of celebrities. Despite the numerous beauty and skin care products in the market, there are still people who suffer from different skin problems – like acne, dry skin, fungal infection, and eczema.
I am one of those who had to deal with my combination skin and occasional break-outs. I am glad that through proper consultation with my Dermatologist and prescription on the right products, I am able to manage my skin condition. For my body, I use Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. It is one of the lightest lotion brands that help with my dry skin (especially at the back when I am in a cold location).
Last Sunday, Cetapahil, a line of skin care products by Galderma Laboratories, has initiated a campaign in partnership with Watsons and the PDS. The Cetaphil National Healthy Skin Mission aims to educate the public on hygiene and protection, and using skin-care products suitable to the individual’s skin type.
I love that Cetaphil has every product for different types of skin. There are even Cetaphil Baby Products that are gentle to the delicate skin of babies.
The event was hosted in SM Makati where booths featuring different Cetaphil products and Skin Test Analysis kiosk were installed to help customers choose the right Cetaphil products for them.
During the event, blogger Laureen Uy and her partner, Miggy Cruz also how they love using Cetaphil. Laureen admitted how she makes night skin care routine her me-time. It is a sin to sleep with your makeup on and without cleansing your face. While I agree with Miggy that men should also take care of their skin and their body.
Sarah Labahti shared how she loves Cetaphil which is perfect for her lifestyle as a mom and celebrity. She loves something that is easy to use and gives the right protection for her skin. She also shared how proper sleep, balanced diet, and positive attitude can help in radiating a more glowing skin.
Personally, I think it is the little things that we do for our skin that makes a big difference. I make sure I drink at least 12 glasses a day, get 8 hours of sleep at night, wear sunscreen when going outside, become self-aware if I am becoming toxic and negative, and of course, religiously follow skin care routine.
