I recently discovered a concept store somewhere down South – the Fifth Rack in BF Homes Paranaque. A little too far from where I usually roam and check in the city, but our friends brought the store and its partner brands in Duck and Buvette in Shangri-la Mall for an intimate lunch. 

Fifth Rack is a concept store that aims to showcase local brands who are looking for a physical store to house and feature their products. They let us peek into its pristine store via a short presentation. Everything looks white and minimalist to let the products and brands stand out.

We got our chance to shop and pick from the shopping spread featuring some of their partner brands. Fifth Rack carries 30+ brands which sell cosmetics, swim suits, clothes, bags and cute stuff.

My favorite find from the Fifth Rack preview

I love that the featured products are of top quality and the usual kinds that you see in the flea market (especially the swim wear). I picked a two-piece swimsuit which I am hopeful to wear on my trip next month.

One of my favorite discoveries is the Ornamento Jewelry. The brand sells gold accessories which are made of high-quality materials that do not change in color. I rarely wear gold because it is hard to find a good store that sell nice quality gold accessories; add the fact that I do not feel comfortable wearing real gold. I love that there is a store such as Ornamento Jewelry that offers really nice and sophisticated pieces to complete one’s look.
