Coca Cola Holiday Concert 2016 featuring Coca-Cola ambassadors James Reid, Nadine Lustre, Bailey May, Ylona Garcia, and Enchong Dee

Coca Cola wrapped up with a Holiday Concert last night, December 3, 2016 at the SM MOA Concert Grounds to say thank you to these unsung heroes. 

Life gives us an opportunity everyday to make someone feel special and to thank the people that make us feel the same way. However, we always miss our chance because of different priorities. The sadder reality, we forget to thank the people who help us in making each day and this season (extra) special.  

They are the  drivers, sales ladies, security guards, baristas and people who work on Holidays to make it safe and special for everyone. I used to be on the other side of the fence, working on Holidays and weekends. It was crazy to be away from your family during special occasions – and although dedication to work is all  about passion, it is always good to feel appreciated. 

“This Christmas, Coca-Cola wants to put the spotlight on the people who makes us feel the magic of Christmas or who we call as #TagahatidPasko or ‘bringers of Christmas’. We want to inspire people to recognize and show their appreciation for these people we rarely say thank you to…” shared Coca-Cola Philippines Vice-President for Marketing Stephan Czypionka. 

Coca-Cola ambassadors James Reid, Nadine Lustre, Bailey May, Ylona Garcia, and Enchong Dee inspired people show their appreciation for the people who make this season special for everyone.  They are the “#TagahatidPasko”.

Coca Cola set up booths and activities like Coke karaoke booths, 5by20 Women Artisan Booth, Coke tattoo booths and the Coca-Cola Santa and Snow land stations where they took pictures and played with ice-cold snow.  Families and friends enjoyed the night while having a blast with music from Jam with Grace Note, Autotelic, Gloc-9, Callaliy, Sandwich, Reese Lansangan, and Rico Blanco. 

Lucky winners from the raffle draw also got to take home new iPhones and Coca-Cola electric fans. But that’s not all as several employees from Coca-Cola partners 7-Eleven, Shell, Select, Grab, Mini Stop, Coca-Cola 5 by 20, Shakey’s, Djarn, Sentinel, Tropical Hut Pasay City, MMDA and PNP, who were nominated as Taga-hatid Pasko heroes also received special rewards and gifts at the event.

I seldom go out on a Saturday Night to party but I braved the crazy traffic in Manila to spend time with my extended family in the blogging community.  We don’t celebrate Christmas but I do celebrate life everyday.
