Cute and Quirky Finds at the SM Stationery Art Fest 2017

I love looking at colors and artwork; but I always prefer simple lines and designs. The only platform where I enjoy looking and playing with colors is Instagram. I never realized I would feel too excited and giddy (again) when I visited the SM Stationery Art Fest 2017 at SM Mega Fashion Hall.

Don’t get me wrong. I used to be very artsy back when I was in school. I enjoyed playing with coloring materials and art crafts for school projects and I got really good grades for it.

The SM Stationery Art Fest 2017 brought back the “artist” and kid in me. I spotted some really cool art materials that we can use for different art activities like Calligraphy, Painting, Doodling and Slime Making!

Here’s an interesting discovery – Elmer’s Glue can be used to make slime! I didn’t know Elmer’s Glue now comes in different colors with glitters! Guests can learn more about Slime-making via special workshop with Jillian Dungo on April 23!

Faber Castell is another popular brand among artists. I love the different brushes and pens that one can use for different art styles.

My favorite marker brand – Sharpie showcased interesting art designs. I am so used to using black marker so it was a joy to see Sharpie in different colors. You can learn more about DIY projects with Sharpie from Clare Magno on April 23!

I enjoyed leaving an artsy mark on this art wall 🙂
