Sharing some snaps from our hotel in Bagan – WeStay Lotus Bagan Hotel
I got the hotel via Agoda and @anagon was instantly sold upon seeing the photos. The hotel does have nice ambiance and a pool to boot! We paid Php 2,500 for two nights (around $50).
We got our room at the first floor which comes with the usual amenities (except for the shampoo and conditioner containers that were empty!). There’s TV set, WIFI, hot & cold shower and a mini-bar.
Breakfast is continental: pastries, bread, sausages, ham, baked beans and scrambled eggs. They also serve Asian noodles, fruits and juices. Our room didn’t come with Free Breakfast and we paid $6/pax for breakfast buffet.
The best thing about staying in WeStay Lotus Bagan is the free van service going to and from Downtown Bagan (where you can ride an ebike).
If you are taking the night bus from Yangon, you can ask the driver to drop you off WeStay Lotus Bagan Hotel.
