If you are the type of foodie who craves for ramen, chicken wings, dimsum, burger and milk tea – and wanted them in one sitting  – the My South Hall by the Bistro Group at S Maison is the place for you. 

The newly opened My South Hall offers world – class cuisines under one roof. A collaboration between Chef Josh Boutwood and The Bistro Group (yes, the same brand that brought us our favorite TGIFriday’s, Itallianis, etc). features a collection of restaurant counters offering some of today’s most craved cuisines and beverages. They are prepared fresh to order inside a single location with a hip and fun ambiance worthy of a spot in your Instagram Feed!

We got to try the My South Hall and its offering, and it is indeed a perfect destination for foodies for gustatory journey. 

My South Hall features Japanesse, Chinese, Italian, American, and even Milk Tea. 

TABEMASHOU

Tabemashou means “let’s eat”! And this food counter offers sushi, chicken karaage, ramen (Tantamen and Chasu Tonkotsu) and skewers for that authentic Japanese food trip. 

GOLDEN TREASURES

Golden Treasures offers flavors of China like Yang Chao Fried Rice, Egg Yolk Buns, Pork Dumplings, Hakaw, Siomai, and even Chicken Feet. 

ROAST’D 

Roast’d offers an inviting flavor of the best Chinese style roasts as pork, duck, and chicken hang by its window. A must-try. 

SEOUL HOTPOT

If you love soothing hotpots, try the Seoul Hotpot’s Chuck Eye and Angus Beef Sirloin Hotspots. Think of chunks of beef, fresh vegetables and steaming stew. 

CHIX

Chix serves all-American comfort food from seasoned chicken wings to mouth-watering buurgers. Chicken wings come in Chili flavor, Sweet Chipotle Glaze, Honey Garlic, Japanese Sesame Cheese, Sour Cream and other flavors.

Think of cheese, olive oil, tomato, basil, and cured meats. Roma offers pasta, salad, soup, and herb chicken for that Italian feast.

This is one of my favorite counters – I enjoyed my watermelon strawberry blend. Juicy is the number 1 fresh fruit juice bar concept in Korea that offers refreshing and healthy juices blended from fresh fruits of the season. 

WCKD: Authentic Taiwan Milk Tea

WCKD is the newest Milk Tea layer with its ingredients authentic and fresh from milk tea capital of the world.  Aside from milk tea favorites like Pearl Milk Tea, Wintermelon, Black Sugar, Oreo Cheese Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake and other milk tea flavors, WCKD also serves Iced Coffee, Iced Caramel Coffee, and Choco Hazelnut Coffee.  I always skip dessert, but I love my coffee – so this makes a perfect ending to cap the meal.
