On our last day in Taiwan, we decided to be a little tourist-y and visited the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall.
We only had the morning and afternoon to spare as we needed to be in the aiport at 6:00 PM for the 9:00 flight back to Manila.
Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall is an open ground attraction built in 1980 in memory of Chiang Kai-shek, former President of the Republic of China. It is located in Zhongzheng District, Taipei, Taiwan.
The memorial hall has four sides and an octagonal roof, to symbolize the number 8 — a sign of good luck and abundance in Chinese.
It is also a popular destination to witness changing of guards which happens every hour from 9 am to 4 pm. Unfortunately, as we were pressed with time, we missed to witness this ceremony.
After our quick visit, we headed to PS. Bubu Rstaurant. A must-visit place if you are a fan of Meteor Garden.
PS Bubu Cafe

Then, we were ready to fly back to Manila for the next adventure!
