Sperry x Jaws Collection Philippine Launch: #IamPaulSperry

It would have been really cool to be the Paul Sperry who created the first boat shoes we know as top-siders. I grew up knowing top-sider shoes as one of the coolest shoe styles to wear. The signature design of boat shoes that other brands have adopted was born in 1935.

In the millennial age of OOTDs and chasing dreams, Sperry continuously evolves to cater for the free-spirited and adventurous souls.

Breaking the waves and fashion scene are new Sperry collection which are colorful, fashionable and functional that one can wear on and off the sea (or boat).

Paul Sperry would love how the new collection is launched over a pool and barbeque party.

There’s overflowing beer and surge of beautiful people which made the venue even hotter. 😀

Look at the new collection of classic designs. I would buy each of the design if I were a guy and just wear boat shoes this rainy weather. They are made of lightweight materials.

I am willing to wear no-shoe-lace shoes again.

I love classics and shoes I can wear always wear and abuse but the new JAWS Collection is a statement on its own. Truly, a good collaboration that speaks of the true passion of sea and boat lovers – and fearless stylistas.

Paying homage to the iconic 70s blockbuster the maker of the world’s first boat shoe is out with the limited edition Jaws Collection featuring the Jaws poster, bloody logo, lace holes reminiscent of life preservers, and other nods to the movie which can be seen on the sides, heels, and toe panels of select Sperry silhouettes. The shoes come in men’s, women’s, and unisex styles and in custom Jaws boxes.

Isn’t it hauntingly exciting to think that we can wear something that we fear the most?

Sperry does know how to unleash the brave spirits in us through collaborations that inspires us to live the moment and just live the life.
