Fashionable Foldable Ballet Flats for Travels: Yosi Samra

I love wearing heels even if it means being a few (more) inches taller.  Wearing heels gives women an instant boost on confidence and sexiness. But the reality is, we can’t wear heels 24/7. It is like murdering your feet, calves and muscles. That’s when ballet flats become every girl’s best friend. 

I used to bring flats when I was working in a corporate setting – so I can easily change after work hours. Now that I am doing full-time blogging, the only times I wear heeled shoes are when I attend worship services or when the dress calls for it. I mostly wear sneakers, sandals and flast whenever I go out to attend events. 

I recently got acquainted with a brand called Yosi Samra. Yosi Samra is a brand which was born in New York by an Israeli man (yes, Yosi is a guy!) who belonged to a family of shoemakers. The first Yosi Samra collection was launched in 2009 and the brand arrived in the Philippines in 2011. 

Yosi Samra is known for its foldable ballet flats (and my initial thoughts: perfect for travels!). Each pair of Yosi Samra is stylish and well-crafted. The sole cushioning assures ultimate comfort, the folding elastic band creates a secure fit (which also gives more room for me who has a bigger shoe size), and the leather is culled from the best materials (real cow leather, pig skin, kid suede, sheepskin, nubuck, and calfskin) to give you a pair that’s a second-skin sexy fit.

I found it hard to get the perfect pair – they are all beautiful pieces! I finally settled with the plain flats in Sand color made with Basto Leather. 

I brought it with me during my recent trip to Davao and I wore during Sunday Church. I love that since it is foldable, it is easier to pack and press in my back pack (first time to do real back pack trip!). I was successful!

I love that the color can match any outfit and the plain design can be worn in any occasion. I only walked on my way to church (which is a short 6-minute walk from where we were staying). The pair of Yosi Samra flats I got is so comfortable. I feel like I can wear it the whole day. It fits snugly on my feet. 

I feel like I could totally abuse this baby. The Yosi Samra foldable ballet flats are perfect for women who are traveling for business and those who are always walking in heels.
