New Unique Philippine Souvenirs in One Store: Go Lokal
Robisons Place Manila
How many times have your foreign friends asked you “what are the best souvenirs in Manila?” and “where to buy Philippine souvenirs?”.
I always bring a gift and souvenir from my home country (Philippines) whenever I get invited to visit another country. I usually buy miniature jeepney display, accessories, or local snacks like pulvoron or chocolate dried mangoes.
I am excited about the opening of the Go Lokal store in Robinsons Place Manila which is a public-private collaboration between DTI and local retaier partners that showcase modern and indigenous quality products crafted, designed and created by innovative Philippine micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
I love that Go Lokal carries hard-to-find and artisinal Filipino products like food, apparel, accessories, home decor, gadgets and gift items. Yes, there is more to Philippines than the usual souvenirs like key chain, dried mangoes and peanut kisses.
It is a win-win situation for both consumers and business owners especially new entreprenuers who don’t have access to promote their products.
Here are my favorite and top picks from Go Lokal Store in Robinsons Place Manila
