Lowe Alpine Silvermark Now in Philippines

When I received the invitation for the launch of Lowe Alpine Silvermark I thought it is an accessory (silver) brand (how creative? haha) – until google search results showed me jackets, mountaineering bags and other outdoor apparels and essentials.

Lowe Alpine Silvermark is a modern, street-level approach towards outdoorwear design, performance fabrics and construction; translating trusted outdoor clothing into an urban context, and offering a unique and stylish take on functional outdoor wear.

We got to check out the Lowe Alpine Silvermark concept store in the 3rd level of SM Megamall during its official launch last September 28, 2017. Lowe Alpine offers world-renowed collection of outdoor bags.

Its history traces back in 1967 when the first store was opened in US by its founder Greg Lowe. He is a mountaineering enthusiast who wanted a pack that can carry all his climbing equipment securely while still being able to move freely through challenging terrain. I only got to appreciate dressing up appropriately (based on weather and activity) during our Masungi Trek.

From then, new outdoor backpack innovations were introduced. Lowe Alpine carries laptop bag and camera bags in stylish designs.

While Silvermark represents full range of athleisure products from jackets, vests, t-shirts and pants. The brand was born as a result of a successful collaboration between Lowe Alpine and Hong Kong brand apparel, Giordano. What sets its apart from other outdoor apparel brand is that it focuses on functionality.
