Adding to my list of favorite beaches in the Philippines is the famous Pink Sand beach in Matnog, Sorsogon known as Subic Beach.

On day 4 of our #PTIPBicol2022 trip , we visited different islands and tourist destinations in Matnog, Sorsogon.

Matnog is known as the gateway for trade and commerce in the Bicol Region. From Ticao Island, we sailed for an hour to Matnog and our first destination is the Murong Burongan Resort for lunch.

A quiet resort with different types of lodging and cottages. I could imagine just lying on one of the hammocks under the tree. But we had to sail and continue our exploration.

Subic Beach

Approaching the Subic Beach in Matnog, Sorsogon made me so excited. It is like a break from the ope sea. I personally love just staying by the shoreline where I feel more relaxed and rested.

It was my first time experiencing a #PinkBeach ⛱️ Subic Beach in Matnog, Sorsogon has a unique characteristic of fine white sands with red coral particles that seem to glitter under the sun.

The clear sea water is truly very tempting, but I was told it can go deep at a short distance. I just enjoyed the time enjoying the view from the shore line and making memories with the girls ♥️

Visitors who come to Subic Beach can stay in the island overnight by setting up a tent and camping. This sounds like a really fun idea and something I would want to explore once I get the chance to go back.
