The First Human Heart Nature Store in SM The Block: Closed on Sundays

I am officially back in Manila after my one-week travel in Vietnam.

I am back to attending and covering events, and first in my list is the store opening of Human Heart Nature’s first store in SM North, The Block.

Human Heart Nature is a brand that create personal care products that benefit Filipino communities by producing products that are good to the environment and human, beneficial to the skin and heart.

We might have seen a couple of stores carrying the brand and online shops selling Human Nature products that deliver straight to our doorstep. But personally, there is a different kind of shopping euphoria when you visit the newly opened store and check out the products and test them before adding them in your cart.

I spotted some of my favorite Human Nature products on display – like the famous Human Nature Bug Spray and Human Nature Hand Sanitizers.

Walking around the store, I discovered new interesting products that I didn’t know I need – like the Human Nature Deodorizing Foot Spray and Human Nature Cleansing Balm (@anagon says, it works like a makeup removing balm!).

There are also the usual personal care items like shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body scrubs.

For men who feel a little intimidated about pampering products, you can check out the Men’s Care (beside the Baby Care Section).

You may also want to check out the Home and Pet Care for a greener care products for your pets.

I had a fun time strolling around the store and checking out new items. I was surprised to see skin care products that are specifically designed for different types of skin.

For girls who love make-up or just starting to build their make-up kit, you can check out the Human Nature Make-up Collection complete with powder, blusher, eye shadow palette, lipsticks and even lip scrub!

Aside from the usual Human Nature products, you can also grab some locally made products from the store like First Harvest Spreads, Kape Maria Coffee Blends, and (my favorite) Theo and Philo Chocolates!

It took almost a decade before Human Heart Nature opens a store and this brand is introducing a new landscape in business operations – giving its employees a day off on Sunday.

I personally knew and experienced working on weekends and Holidays. No matter how fulfilling the job is, we all need to rest our body and soul. I love that Human Nature believes that rest should not be a privilege reserved only for the rich, every Human Nature employee is entitled to Sundays off and another day of rest every week.

I really admire the brand’s compassion to its employees.
