BBQs, Bulgogis, Buddae Jjigae and authentic Korean dishes at Bulgogi Brothers
Korea is still in my bucketlist (and I felt the need to go sooner before my Visa expires next year). While I plan for that trip, I am out for a little‘Seoul’-searching for authentic Korean cuisine.
Bulgogi Brothers puts an end to your quest with its wide array of Meat, Stews and other Korean favorites! And now, the restaurant even has refillable rice and lettuce for every order of a barbeque dish so you can eat to your heart’s (and tummy’s) content, with leafy and healthy veggies to boot! How’s that for a satisfying dining experience?
And if variety is what you’re looking for, try the new Buddae Jjigae, one of the most popular Korean hot pot dishes. These delicious ingredients are thrown into one comforting and steaming stew- ham, sausage, spam, baked beans and kimchi, spiced with the quintessential spicy-sweet red chili paste, Gochujan. If this does not fire up your appetite, we don’t know what would.
Don’t forget to dig into some of Bulgogi Brother’s Seoul Style Meals such as Stir-fried Seafood, Spicy Chicken, Beef BBQ and Pork Bulgogi. Classic as classic can get, they are available Mondays to Fridays in all branches. Perfect foils to these dishes are new refeshing drinks, Grape Freeze and Green Mango Shake.
Enjoy a banquet with real, honest-to-goodness Korean dishes cooked in different ways-
grilled, pan-fried, steamed, simmered, fermented. Whichever you choose, Bulgogi Brothers
serves a feast, giving you all that your Seoul loves!
