I am happy with the small decisions I am making everyday including giving up things/food that are bad for me. One thing I cannot give up though is instant coffee! I just couldn’t give up (instant) coffee especially during travels when I do not have the luxury of time and facility to brew a perfect cup. Good thing I got to discover Gano iTouch which products are made of Ganoderma Lucidum mushroom that is grown organically. Gano iTouch carries products including coffee in different variants.
Inspired by the recent Organic Farm tour I have participated in, I am more open to trying out products that use organic ingredients.
I met up with people from Gano iTouch a few weeks ago and learned more about the company. To tell you the truth, it was the first time I heard about the brand – but I got instantly interested when they say that their products are made of organically grown Ganoderma lucidum (red mushroom).
Ganoderma lucidum (red mushroom) is a type of mushroom which had been used as traditional Chinese medicine since thousands of years ago. The herbal history of Ganoderma lucidum had long been documented in the oldest Chinese pharmacopeia, “Sheng Nong’s Herbal Classic”. Ganoderma lucidum was seen as a symbol of prosperity and peace for the nation and longevity for the emperor.
Gano iTouch’s products are supplements which is recommended to take everyday. I was a bit skeptical in taking in supplements because I always go for anything natural. Ganoderma lucidum, however, is still widely revered as a valuable health supplement and herbal medicine worldwide and it is widely studied in the American Herbal Pharmacopeia and Therapeutic Compendium. To reach out to the market, Gano iTouch produced consumer products like coffee.
Excited to try the new products.
