No matter how many times I visit, Japan will always be a country I’ll find myself coming back to.. When my Japan Visa expired last year, I made sure to re-apply for another Multiple – Entry Japan Visa. If you travel often, whether it’s for work, leisure, or simply because you love exploring Japan, it is good to have a Multiple – Entry Visa.
In this post, I’m sharing a sample cover letter for a multiple-entry visa based on my own experience. Hopefully, it can serve as a guide and make the whole process a little easier (and less stressful) for you too!
Here are additional tips:
Be truthful about your application and state your purpose clearly. Be straightforward about why you’re traveling (tourism, attending an event, visiting a friend/family, etc.).
Include Exact Travel Dates and they should match the ones in your itinerary.
Highlight Previous Travel History. Show that you are a responsible traveler who complies with immigration laws.
Show Ties to Home Country. Mention work, business, or personal commitments that assure your return.
Attach Supporting Documents. Make sure they are authentic and complete.
