With just a click to the app called In Touch, in the New World Hotel’s Facebook Fanpage, you can contact the New World Hotel’s front liners to ask question about reservation, escalate an issue, or send a commendation. The response turn-around time is within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes, imagine your messages will be sent directly to even Mr. Farid Shoucair, New World Hotel’s General Manager, Resident Manager Eddy Sarton, Director of Sales and Marketing Jann Delgado, Director of Communications Nini Icban, Director of Rooms Joy Barleta, Director of Food and Beverage Paawan Engineer, Direct of Human Resources Geuel Auste and to Club Epicure.
