Stores in SM Megamall Fashion Hall are soon opening their doors, and Giordano just did last Wednesday.
I came as I am, and I was surprised to see fashion editors, fashion bloggers, celebrities and models outside the Victorian-themed store.
Who was there? Venus Raj, Divine Lee, Richard Yap, Tim Yap, Tweetie De Leon, Brent Javier, Patty Laurel, Mickey Bustos, Mikael Daez, Kelly Misa, Nicole Anderson and other celebrities.

What is the Giordano Concepts store?
The new store caters to the more sophisticated market who wants high-quality pieces which are perfect for the casual yet dressed-up look. The pieces are from Korea, and they are soft, in good fabric and cuts.

With Giordano Concepts, we take this commitment a step further with casual basics that are characterized by clean, classic lines, perfect for the sophisticated set’s discerning personality and suitable for their daily activities,” said Larry Lim, Giordano Philippines CEO and President.

The Giordano Concepts store aims to provide foundation pieces that match different lifestyles. The newly-opened store offers Cabin Fever collection which is all about plaid and twill shirts in flannel fabrics.
We all know how comfortable Giordano pieces are – I grew up wearing Giordano jeans and shirts – and I love how comfortable and versatile its pieces are. The new concept store retained its youthful character in well-constructed pieces which just fit both the young and young professional market.
The Cabin Fever collection is all about keeping one warm in style. Men will find long sleeve shirts in cotton oxford, poplin, cotton twill and cotton denim that range from muted pastel to jewel-toned to rich dark colors. Pullovers in rayon linen and wool polyester acrylic will ramp up one’s comfort and style quotient. There are also cotton chambray, polished hoodies, and classic mock neck jackets.
Women can shop for short and long sleeved tees in scoop neck and v-neck while oversized pull-over sweaters provide layering options with a touch of feminine flair. There are printed sleeveless tees and jersey boxy print tees, and throw in a Giordano’s quilted jackets in dark colors – you will have a sophisticated ensembles.
There are multi-colored leggings, spandex rayon pants and hot shorts. Now we can even shop winter/fall pieces here before our travel.
During the event, stylists Daryl Chang and Vince Uy, together with the team of personal shoppers styled the celebrities and guests. I would have loved to be styled that night, but I had to run to cover another event. Missed chance..
I wonder what kind of ensemble they would create for my lifestyle 🙂
