Ever wondered how Yellow Cab’s Bestselling Pizza – New York’s Finest is made and prepared? Yellow Cab Pizza invited me to experience making my own pizza and worked as a pizza chef with other blogger friends in the newly re-opened Yellow Cab Pizza store in Visayas Avenue. To make it a little more fun, we even got to invite some of our readers and followers!

I was out the whole day yesterday and even ‘partied” the night before. I wanted to be glued on my bed, but I looked at it as a call of duty.

When I arrived, two of my readers/followers were already waiting for the pizza party.
Thank you Eddielli and Jett for joining us! It was my first time to hold something like a “meet and greet” with readers. I also brought my friend, Ralph with me (super thanks Ralph for being so supportive! Haha). It was cool to get to know them and the things that they do. Amazing how communities are built over social-media!
After lunch, we tried our hands at making Yellow Cab’s Bestselling Pizza – New York’s Finest! We wore our aprons, wash our hands and put the pizza chef face on!
Yellow Cab Pizza takes sanitation and food safety seriously (good to know!). The pans are freshly prepared by order. The kitchen is well-maintained and ingredients are prepared mis-en-place.
Have I mentioned that I had my practicum at Tia Maria’s and I once worked in the kitchen preparing pizza and nachos. It was fun! But being behind the bar and inside the kitchen of one of your favorite pizza places is a lot more exciting! I love Yellow Cab Pizza and we always frequented the store in Eastwood back when I was still working for IBM and UP Ayala. We had several parties, despedidas and birthday celebrations in Yellow Cab.
New York’s Finest Pizza is so easy to prepare. You simply top and drop the ingredients and toppings evenly to make sure that each slice would get even distribution of the freshest and meatiest ingredients.
At the end of the pizza-making activity, I was glad to know I got to keep my apron clean! That’s how goddesses do it in the kitchen! 🙂
Thank you so much Yellow Cab Pizza and Arni for having me!
Much love to Eddieli and Jett (who came all the way from Paranaque) to witness my pizza-making skills! Haha 😉
Thanks to Ralph for yesterday and the many laughs!
Visit the newly opened Yellow Cab Pizza at Visayas Avenue. It is a nice store with good parking space and super chill ambiance.
