Upbeat music, colorful scarves and warm hugs from our friends in Campaigns PR welcomed me to the JCo Columbian Coffee launch yesterday at JCo Coffee in the Fort.

The mood was festive and it seemed that I didn’t need a coffee to perk me up. But who says no to a good coffee? Especially for a finest line of coffee beans which came from Columbia, third biggest coffee producer in the world. 

JCo continuously provides innovation and quality to its guests by offering Premium Coffee to add to  the popular unique coffee flavors such as Cafe Avocado and Coconut Mocha Frappe. Mr Putra Andrean, head of JCo Coffee Specialist in Indonesia flew to the country to talk about JCo’s heritage and introduce the JCo Coffee Premium Colombian beans. 

JCo Coffee Premium Colombian beans are roasted at medium level to maintain consistency rich character without being too mild or too bitter. This is the secret to the perfect cup of coffee. Colombia’s tropical climate, high elevation and volcanic souls make it one of the best places to grow coffee. It gives the result of rich flavor, mild aroma, hint of nuttiness that makes even non-regular coffee drinkers love the flavor. 

 

 

 

 

The JCo Coffee’s resident coffee experts made some delicious and fancy latte art for the guests and we were also served with a mug of Columbian Coffee. I am trying to cut down on my coffee intake but the rich aroma of the coffee was so inviting and I have to take a sip. And although I seldom drink latte (I prefer brew), I love the balance flavor of coffee that makes it perfect with milk. I love Sumatra  coffee, but Columbia is a great choice too. 

To help us bring home the fun and festive mood of Columbia, JCO challenged us to be creative with JCo mugs. I went for minimalist design and thought of doing an adult coloring out of the design in the mug.
