Building a coffee nook at home is becoming a hot trend now. If there is anything better than a good coffee, it is making your own coffee at home. It is also in my plans, but I like a responsible consumer, I don’t want to be careless in purchasing my own coffee machine (been eyeing the Breville Espresso Machines!). It is also good to brush up on my coffee making skills. It is timely that Breville Philippines has been brewing free coffee sessions through Virtual Coffee Masterclasses for its Dual Boiler
customers.
The two-part three-hour session was hosted by Master Barista Dave Dource who shared his expertise about anything and everything coffee. I love that they covered topics from the origins of roasting, espresso calibration and proper coffee tasting, basic espresso drinks, espresso machine clearing, milk science and proper steaming, including Latte Art. For someone who has caffeine running in my veins, I also learned a lot of new things from the sessions.
The classes are the perfect introduction to a whole new world of coffee possibilities that the Dual Boiler opens. It is the perfect new essential for all those at home coffee nooks because of its innovative features and performance that lets everyone craft cafe-level cups.
