Something hot and fresh is steaming at the Manhattan Parkview in Cubao. From the same team that brought us Vikings Luxury Buffet and Niu, Four Seasons Hotpot finally extends the servings of steaming broth and variety of fresh and healthy ingredients to the people in Quezon City.

In case you have missed, the first Four Seasons Hotpot Buffet is in SM Mall of Asia. The very gracious Vikings team extended an invitation to me and my mom to visit the new store.
We came a little too late for the opening at 5:00 pm. I saw families and friends lining up outside (typical scene from any Vikings restaurant). Thankfully, our hosts had reserved seats for us in the VIP Room. But hey, the first 100 guests last night were treated like VIP’s too – they got 50% discount!
It is always a pleasant experience to visit a Vikings restaurant. A quick look around the white pristine dining area – I saw each table has a white smoke in the core of the table that served like a centerpiece, diners were either stirring the colorful mixtures of meat, dimsum and vegetables on their hotpot, or feasting on the pre-cooked dishes from the buffet spread.
I was informed that the Four Seasons Hotpot Restaurant in Manhattan Parkview is more like a fusion of Vikings and Four Seasons. Guests who prefer not to experiment with their broths and pots (oh, hello mom!) may choose to enjoy delectable dishes especially prepared by Four Seasons Hotpot’s resident chefs.
Interior, Dining and Buffet Station
Before I go straight to the food, let me talk about the interior. It is a mix of elegant country and vintage shabby chic design.
It looks small but it has such big dining area with function rooms. Each table has hot pot table. I love the play of gray in the couches and seats. You can say, every wall and corner of the Four Seasons Hotpot is instagrammable.
The Four Seasons Hotpot City Food Offerings
Four Seasons Hotpot in Manhattan Parkview has something for every foodie. Since it is a hotpot place, it carries wide variety of meat, seafood, meat organs, balls and dimsum and fresh veggies and greens to mix with your hotpot.
It also has carving station, “make-your-own pasta”, salad bar and Western and Continental Dishes. Food and ingredients are well-presented. Chefs and food attendants are attentive in replenishing supplies – mostly are freshly made.
I love the seafood pasta which was created for us – a good mix of tomato and white sauce!
At the Carving Station, don’t forget to get Binusog na Lechon.

Western and Continental Dishes
Everything in this section is just suuuper! The bomb is the Sweet Potato Mashed with Four Cheese and Mallows. I was clueless if it is an appetizer or dessert, but I love it just the same! A #goodweird combination but it is so good!
Beverage Station
One thing I love about Vikings is the drink-all-you-can treat which is part of what you paid for. Drown yourself with different juices, sodas, shakes and even beer. Have a cup of coffee or tea to cap a meal.
Dessert Station
My mom loves the small servings of desserts while I love the ice cream and cookies. I wish the cookies were chewy though. 🙂 The usual favorites – chocolate fountain, halo-halo, Filipino desserts, cupcakes, waffles and crepes and yogurt are also present in the newly opened Four Seasons Hotpot City buffet in Cubao.
Bakeshop Coming Soon!
Here’s an insider info.. this lovely corner would soon open as a bakeshop and bread store where guests can buy and take home the yummy baked goodies from Vikings. Watch out for it!
When You Can Sing in the Restroom
Washroom is always part of my review whenever I write about restaurants. I have mentioned time and again how I easily get disappointed and turned off over ill-maintained restroom. I always think that restaurants should always have clean and well-maintained comfort room. If you have been to several Vikings store, you would know how they maintain the cleanliness of the store. The new Four Seasons Hotpot in Manhattan Parkview is not an exception.
Girls might take a little more time inside because of the texts in the wall – and inside the cubicles. Can you guess the songs?
How Hot is Four Seasons Hotpot City Manhattan Parkview?
I am not very big at buffets. I try to eat less because I am lazy to workout (the rules of the lazies..). But if I want variety of good food at one place, I can find it in the new Four Seasons Hotpot City in Manhattan Parkview Cubao. I love that you can simply jump from different stations to get a fix of your craving. The hotpot offering and fresh ingredients are already worth a visit. The place is accessible to people coming from different areas in the Metro. Vikings always has something new to offer to its guests. One of the reasons you have to be back and #eatlikeaviking.
