Saucony launched their newest designs in Explorium in SM Mall of Asia, along with the EVERUN Continuous Cushioning and the newest addition to the roster of Saucony’s influential athletes – Matteo Guidicelli. Matteo joins the movement and campaign of “Find Your Strong” which basically pushes you to find your strongest points and where you are good at, and to go and go further.

The Triumph ISO 2 and Hurricane ISO 2, each won back-to-back prestigious Editor’s Choice Awards in the Runner’s World 2015 Fall Shoe Guide and 2016 Spring Shoe Guide respectively. Featuring Saucony’s EVERUN Continuous Cushioning, the brand’s top-of-the-line premium models received the highest marks of the shoes reviewed by the Runner’s World Shoe lab, it’s wear-testers and editors.

Guide 9 is well-loved by most runners, the brand’s flagship guidance shoe is now even lighter (9.7 ounces in men’s size 9). It also comes with a completely updated full-length EVERUN topsole and a Dual Density medial post that allows for an efficient stride and lively, resilient ride. The TRI-FLEX outsole also prevents late-stage pronation. Its seam-free toe box offers comfort and lets the toes spread out during the last phase of the gait or running cycle.

 Kinvara 7 Saucony pioneered the natural motion category with the Kinvara where it earned Kinvara loyalists since its inception. The Kinvara 7 features quick, resilient ride, lockdown fit, and great underfoot feeling. It is equipped with the EVERUN Heel insert that promises cushioning where it’s needed most. Meanwhile, the FLEXIFILM-infused upper provides the foot support in each stride. The shoe comes with TRI-FLEX outsole configuration and wider lugs for better ground tract and smoother ride.

Finding My Strong

I was excited to check out and get my own pair of Saucony after learning more about the EVERUN technology. I feel that I need a shoe that I can wear (and abuse) whenever I am on the go. Isn’t such a pain to buy a pair of running shoes when I am not a certified runner? I want my money’s worth in every little investment that adds on my closet and room. I needed a pair that can work two ways – could be a running pair or casual one. 

My friend swayed me to get the Limited Edition Kinvara 7 which has a hand-painted design created by Japanese artist Toshikazu Noasaka. 

I found comfort in this beautiful pair that I wore for strolling around Kidzania.

Marjorie and I were twinning that night! She also got the the Limited Edition Kinvara 7!

.. and my whole day event last Friday where I spent 16 hours away from home – attending events, grocery (window) shopping, partying and visiting a friend’s wake. 

My feet and toes would have cried for help if I were wearing an uncomfortable pair.
