Life happens and we tend to forget the most important thing that helps us to be on top of our game – to take a break, relax and recharge.
Blue Water Day Spa (BWDS) recently introduced new ambassadors who embody a growing group of professionals last October 10, 2017 at Novotel Araneta Hotel.
Offering a wide variety of wellness and beauty services, BWDS has always been at the forefront of being able to provide the extra care that busy individuals need to keep their minds and bodies in top form. This is a good alternative for people who don’t have the facility and time to hit the beach and travel.
Fabio Ide hosted the event and let us get to know the ambassadors who are certified“slashies”. A slashie is a person with many side jobs aside from having a full-time job. I used to be a slashie – having a full-time job, making & selling accessories, accepting orders for my baked goodies, doing consulting work and writing/blogging. It was challenging especially finding balance in everything and every relationship. Free time is usually spent sleeping.
We got to know and learn from today’s slashies on how to have a healthy mind and body. Actor, model, athlete Ervic Vijandre whose active lifestyle makes him a good fit gave tips on sports; while career woman and mother Blanca Mercado shares how she maintains her youthful glow in spite of her busy schedule. Young actor and model David Licaoco shares self improvement and style tips to help people build their self confidence.
