I am not really a sandwich person. I would prefer burgers (or a slab of my fave SPAM ) over sandwiches. But I would never say NO to a good and filling sandwich! 

So the popular sandwich that many KPOP stars including BTS is raving about – the SBS Inkigayo Sanwich go me really curious.. I missed the #SBSInkigayoSandwich Launch a few weeks ago, but our good friends sent me some so I can try it out. 

The origin of SBS Inkigayo Sandwich stared at the SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) which has a music program called Inkigayo where artists like BTS, BlackPink and other KPop Groups perform live. The artists usually get the sandwich at the cafeteria of the building (since they are not allowed to eat at the waiting area). And that’s how the SBS Inkigayo Sandwich became popular among the KPop Stars. 

The SBS Inkigayo Sandwich has 3 layers of bread with coleslaw, egg and crabstick salad, and strawberry jam. It is a complete meal and very filling. I thought it would be weird to mix the strawberry jam with an egg sandwich, but it actually worked. 

It is easy to eat and perfect for quick bites. I think it is very reasonable at Php129. I love that I got my daily serving of veggies through the SBS Inkigayo Sandwich!  I actually brought one to my quick escape down South.
