Trying Out Gano iTouch Coffee
Coffee always starts my day. It is part of my morning routine. During travels when I do not have the luxury of time and facility to brew a perfect cup, I go for instant coffee mixes. I am excited to try the Gano iTouch Coffee in different variants.
Keep on reading to read my reviews.
Coffee Break Situation
We received a special gift from the Gano iTouch which consists of assorted coffee products and toothpaste (I head the toothpaste can also be used to cure acne!).
Benefits of Ganoderma:
- resistance against illness
- promotes mental wellness
- enhances digestion and bowel cleansing
- protects the liver
- improves blood circulation
- increases energy
The first coffee I tired is the GanoCafe Mocha (not in the photo). It is an exclusive combination of premium coffee powder, cocoa powder and Ganoderma lucidum extract. It gives a very smooth cup of coffee that is perfectly blended, and not too sweet! If you love Cafe Mocha or Mocha Latte from your favorite coffee shop, GanoCafe Mocha is the perfect alternative with healthier benefits.
I also love the GanoCafe 3-in-1 Coffee. It is a perfect mix of quality coffee, non-dairy creamer and sugar – and of course, it is infused with Ganoderma lucidum. This mix offers anti-oxidant properties that protect cells from free radicals. I love that is is not too sweet compared to other 3-in-1 coffee in the market. It is surprising to know that it has a mushroom extract, but not prominent in taste.
Pioir GanoDerma Chocolate
What I love about Gano iTouch is that they offer different products for every member of the family. Here is one for the kids – Pioir GanoDerma Chocolate that people claim to taste like everyone’s favorite childhood drink! To tell you honestly, I cut down on drinking chocolate beverages and drinks but with Ganoderma lucidum beneifts, I wouldn’t mind drinking a cup everyday. It is so soothing and relaxing – and I enjoy drinking it at night. It feels like the Holidays.
Gano C’REAL Spirulina
If you love having cereals in the morning, the Gano C’REAL Spirulina is for you. Enriched with Ganoderma Lucidum extract, spirulina, oats, non-dairy creamer and sugar,. Spirulina provides daily nutritional needs for the body, while oats is believed to help the digestion and for weight control. Combined with Ganoderma Lucidum extract, you get all the good benefits in one meal.
Since I do IF and don’t eat breakfast, I usually take Gano C’REAL Spirulina as a snack in replacement for chips. I find it a better choice for healthier snacking.
Gano Cafe Classic
Gano Cafe Classic is an instant black coffee blended from quality coffee enriched with Ganoderma lucidum extract. Rich in aroma and classic in taste, this is the coffee for those who love Americano, or plain brewed coffee. I love that the hint of Ganoderma Lucidum gives an interesting bitter taste to the mix. It is medium-bodied with just the right acidity.
Gano Cafe Ginseng Tongkat Ali
The one product that I have yet to try from the package that they gave us is theGano Cafe Ginseng Tongkat Ali. This mix is made of Ganoderma Lucidum (the nutrient-rich Red Mushroom), Panax Ginseng and Tongkat Ali It is blended specially with natural sweeteners and non-dairy creamer to give it added richness. The mix promises to help promote and enhance sensual energy and drive. If you guys have tried it, let me know what you think *wink!
I am glad to discover brands who use natural ingreidts and give better choices to consumers who have different lifestyles and needs. Overall, I felt that I have more renewed energy after drinking and trying out the Gano iTouch coffee for a week. My friends say that “I am glowing”, despite that I haven’t visited my derma for weeks now. I noticed that I also no longer experience migraine even if I am not getting my usual 8 hours of sleep.
I am excited to try the other Gano iTouch products. Do you guys have any recommendations?
