I got the Space Silver color which uses a special silver tone that creates a low saturated gradient color of light blue – silver pink. It is bright, but not blinding; gentle and balanced.  A stunning color and design that complements my other gadgets’ colors (they are mostly in Rose Gold). I love the Space Silver color that gives a different color and hue based on its surrounding.

Design and Features

There is so much to talk and write about the Huawei nova 7 SE, but first, let’s talk about the design. I really like how premium the Space Silver tone reflects the color of its surrounding (in this case, my room’s). It is bold, yet not tacky. It keeps its premium feel and look. 

The Huawei nova 7 SE has a massive screen-to-body ratio of 90.3%. Thanks to the slim bezels and under-screen front camera, which gives a full, immersive display experience. The colors are vibrant and details are defined and intricate. 

While, the 5G experience is powered by the Kirin 820 5G SoC, which includes an integrated 5G modem and an octa-core CPU. It sports a 6.5-inch HUAWEI Punch FullView Display that lets you fully immerse into multimedia entertainment. Packed with a big battery with Huawei 40W SuperChairge support, the smartphone ensures long battery life and efficient charging experience.

Huawei is known for its superb and powerful camera features. The Huawei nova 7 SE 5G delivers all-round photography and video capture experiences with an AI Quad Camera system comprising a 64MP main camera the works alongside the ultra wide angle, macro and bokeh cameras. The tight integration of hardware and software enables the rear cameras to support the capturing of 4K videos, DUAL-VIEW Videos and 96fps slow-motion videos. I am so excited to use this for taking videos and creating content!

First Impressions

Huawei always gives me a luxurious unboxing experience and surprising new features that make the digital life more fun and convenient. One of the highlights of the new Huawei nova 7 SE is the Side-Mounted Finger Print Sensor. 

The two-in-one fingerprint and power button mounted on the side lets you easily and quickly unlock the phone in as little as 0.25 seconds. The sensor is also very accurate, with an extremely low false recognition rate. This saves user’s time, allowing one to jump right into the activity on the phone.

The Huawei nova 7 SE also feels light and easy to grip with its slightly curved back. 

It simply feels luxurious and I cannot wait to explore its other features.
