Newport Mall, although a little too far from my place, is one of our preferred dining and mall destinations whenever we have balikbayan friends and family. 

Visiting Newport Mall is like experiencing a high life with its design inspired by Las Vegas and different dining and entertainment outlets. It is closer to the airport, less crowded, and safer with K9 units going around the mall and armed guards now manning the entrance doors. 

 I remember partying at Republiq a few years ago and even trying my hands at Casino. I always see Newport Mall as a place for dining and entertainment – although there are shops around the mall, it was only yesterday that I got the chance to shop around the stores. 

Newport Mall reopens its doors with a Grand Sale starting from June til July 31st! Imagine discounts of up to 70% off and some items at Buy One, Take One!

Let me take you to my Newport Mall shopping experience.

My first stop was at Victoria’s Secret. Always good to have international stores here in Manila – I no longer need to shop online or ask friends to buy them from me abroad.  Unfortunately though, the store doesn’t carry bralettes. But there are good deals on cute undies that you guys might want to check. 

Off I went to the 3rd Floor where most of the shops are located. I went straight to La Senza which is timely because of their promo – Buy One, Take One on Bralettes for Php 1,990. I also got undies at 6 for Php 1,500! Some of the padded bras are at Php 495! I won’t take you to the fitting room with me here… but I can let you take a peak of what I got from Mango:

When you don’t have much time to shop, it is always good to know your size 😉 

We spent most of our time in Mango Store. Price tags are so inviting – tops start at Php 395 and dresses at Php 795!

@anagon and I also got a logo shirt from Guess. I want to relive the 90s vibe when people wear logo shirts emblazoned in front. 

I skipped the other stores no matter how inviting the Sale Placards are. So many great discounts and special offers from Victoria’s Secret, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Puma, Charles and Keith, Hush Puppoes, Coalition, Michael Antonio, Call It Spring, and Bench. 

After shopping, have a good rest and find an interesting restaurant or coffee shop to chill or to take awesome photos. 

We love Ichiban! It was my first time there and I really enjoyed the food. I can’t wait to visit Japan! The best part, we got to try preparing some of their signature dishes. 

Other restaurants such as Recipes, Naahim, Red Crab, Mr. Kurosawa, Annam and Italianni’s offer discounts and promos. 

I was surprised that at night, the whole center walkway, The Plaza, was transformed into a big dining hall and live entertainment was staged. It was a festive sight to see diners, couples, families and friends enjoying a good time. Every 7:00 pm, some of the most electrifying performances in the entertainment industry such as Primo, Mocha Girls, In Heat, TNT Singers, Froilan Canlas, Marielle Montelibano and Sam Mangubat with the Arrangers, Juan Miguel Salvador & The Authority Band will take the stage for a night of entertainment.

After the whole day shopping, treat yourself to a relaxing massage (we did!)  at Island Spa!  They are giving away 20% off in all their services. Also take advantage of diamond peel treatment from Skin Perfection for only 499php.

Newport Cinema Sale: this is thee first time I ever heard of Cinema Sale!  Every 1:00 to 4:00 pm, children 12 years old and below can enjoy movies for the low price of Php 150, while adults may enjoy their fave movies for only Php 170.
