Travel Bucket List | Niagara Falls (Canada Side)
Â
Niagara Falls is where I fell in love again.
Â
I am taking you across the globe to where Canada meets the border of United States of America. I wish I could tell you every little things and stories about my visit to Niagara Falls. But just like the best stories of one’s life, mine is better shared offline. 🙂
Â
Â
Â
When we planned our visit to Niagara Falls, my friends’ relatives suggested that we spend the night there. I thought it was just like Tagaytay in Philippines – where you just stand on a viewing deck and marvel at the beauty of the falls. I thought there is not much to see and do. We thought and planned for a day-trip instead.
During that time we did DIY Travel, but you can conveniently book a tour to Niagara Falls via Klook.

When we arrived, we were surprised to see Niagara Falls Park and its colorful vibe – restaurants, shops, cafes, blinking lights and all that jazz (tourists included!)
You can judge my photography styles and techniques from this photo series taken in 2012!

Writing this bucket list blog makes me realized I Â love visits to theme parks as much as I love nature trips.

After a quick stroll, we went to see the Niagara Falls. They say that the Canada side is much more beautiful and majestic compared to the US side. I haven’t been to US, but comparing my photos from that from Google Searches, I would have to agree. I wish I had a better camera during this travel.
Â
Â
Looking at the travel archive now makes me realized I love taking photos of signages, buildings and sights even before social media taught us it is cool in our Instagram Feed.Â
Â
Â
Taking a selfie was once cool, too. We never really thought of doing artsy editorial shots.

Â
Niagara Falls is composed of 3 falls which were formed by glaciers. I was excited, amazed and feeling #blessed to be standing there.

Â
Â
We took the Maid of the Mist ride to better experience the falls. It was a-m-a-z-i-n-g to feel really close to it.
Â
Â
Thankfully, I have recorded and kept some videos from the trip (I should have thought of introducing Snapchat years ago!)
Â
Â
Shopping Tip! There’s an outlet store near Niagara Falls Park and stores are offering crazy sales and discounts!
Â
Â
Â
The Sky Wheel is one of my favorite spots in the park.

Like what most of the people say, you haven’t really been to Canada if you haven’t seen the Niagara Falls.
Â
Â
I missed the memories, my friends I traveled with, the cold weather, and my curly hair.

Â
Have you been to Niagara Falls lately?Â
