8 Hours with Celeteque DermoCosmetics: Makeup for Sensitive Skin

October 14, 2015
Celeteque DermoScience launches new Celeteque DermoCosmetics – a new makeup line which is dermatologist-tested, and hypoallergenic – perfect for those with sensitive skin.
I wore them for 8 hours and was pleasantly surprised with how light the new makeup line feels on the skin.

If only I could go out without makeup or even a trace of powder and lip tint, I would do it. But for someone who always go out and meet people everyday, it is important to present yourself well. Add the fact that my “natural face” gives an aura of the #iwokeuplikethis moment and my “made-up” face seems like a “normal face” for most of the other ladies – I felt the need to really add some color to my face.
I am a powder, lipstick, eyeliner and mascara kind of girl. But recently, I am learning the tricks because I need to. That’s how the modern women are, flexible and always willing to take on the challenge. But one of my major concerns when it comes to makeup is using the ones that don’t irritate my skin. I have such an acne-prone skin.
I was excited when Celeteque Dermo, the trusted brand for skincare technology introduces the new Celeteque DermoCosmetics. We knew Celeteque as a brand which provided us with hypoallergenic and clinically-proven products.
The new Celeteque DermoCosmetics offers the best of both world – a skincare solution and superior color cosmetics that highlight one’s natural beauty! The new makeup line provides anti-aging and skin nourishment to all products.
Pictures from the launch
I decided to try the new Celeteque DermoCosmetics line yesterday.
Celeteque DermoCosmetics Anti-Aging Line
 Celeteque DermoCosmetics 24-hour Photoready Foundation
Php 795
The foundation gives an airbrush finish for 24-hours while concealing dark spots. I got used to using foundation in glass bottles so it is quite of new thing for me to use a tube. It has micro pigrments and silicon elastometers that hide blemishes and dark circles. It is infused with Collagen Peptide that reduces wrinkles and improves skin elasticity.
I thought it was heavy when I applied it (probably I got used to my liquidy foundation) but it feels very light when worn. I didn’t feel like I am wearing foundation. I applied sunscreen underneath but the new Celeteque DermoCosmetics also has SPF 30 that shields skin from harmful rays.

Celeteque DermoCosmetics Dark Spot Concealer Stick
Php 595

I really love this stick that blends well in my under eye skin. Aside from covering dark spots, it also protects the skin from free radicals. It has glycolic acid which ligthens uneven dark spots like blemishes sun spots and age spots. And wow, it has Cytobiol Lumin-eye which reduces puffy eyes in 15 days!
Celeteque DermoCosmetics Dual CC Matte Powder
Php 749

The powder contains Glutathione, Arbutin and Mulberry which inhibit melanin production and lighten skin with regular use. It also has collagen peptide that maintains the skin’s firmness and improves elasticity.
I love that it controls oil and keeps the skin with 12-hour matte finish. I was actually surprised that I didn’t feel the need to retouch after 8 hours! I also love how the packaging separates the powder and sponge.
Celeteque DermoCosmetics Nourishing Line

Celeteque DermoCosmetics Eyebrow Nourishing Serum
Php 595

I have previously received a product that promises to grow my brows stronger and healthier. I just need to be consistent on using this product before it expires 🙂
It has Biotinyl-Tripeptide-1, Pro-vitamin B and Panthenol. I love that it comes with brush wand that it feels like it is massaging my brows (and it is somewhat relaxing) like when someone is massaging your hair and scalp. #goodweird feeling I know.

Celeteque DermoCosmetics 24-Hour Volumizer Mascara
Php 645

This mascara works like magic with its retractable brush that reaches even the smallest lashes. With just a twist at the bottom, the wand extends which makes it perfect for giving an even and fuller eyelashes.
The Celeteque DermoCosmetics Mascara promises fuller lashes for 24-hours and prevents clumps and smudges. Who wants to look like a raccoon at night anyway? 🙂
It has Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice which promotes skin’s water retention but also protects the eyes from bacteria. This is the first time I am hearing something about this in a mascara. This is something I really need because I sometimes feel irritation when wearing a mascara – and when you started rubbing your eyes – that’s when disaster happens. Smudges everywhere. Ouch.
Celeteque DermoCosmetics Cheer Color Stick
Php 645
I skipped on this cute little Cheek Color Stick yesterday because I am not really a blush person. I want natural blush. Haha. Seriously speaking, I love the packaging which enables us to easily apply and blend it. We can drop it in the bag without worry of breaking them.
It has Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil. It promises to brightens, illuminates, conditions and adds color to cheeks, lips and even eyes.
Celeteque DermoCosmetics Matte Lip Stick
Php 595
I am very partial about matte lipsticks because my lips easily dry out. But the new long-wearing Celeteque DermoCosmetics Matte Lipstick is packed with Vitamin E that keeps that skin moisturized and hydrated. It promises to get rid of flaky skin and I am truly excited about it!
True enough, when I wore it, it didn’t dry up my lips. I might try the other shades available 🙂
Celeteque DermoCosmetics Blush and Face Contour Kit
Php 845
I am seriously clueless how to do contouring but I know that you need to darken and lighten some areas of your face to make them narrow or wide, and highlight and lowlight areas of the face. This 3-in-1 kit is perfect for those transformations. It comes with blend blush powder, cheek luminizer, and contour blush that are packed with mineral gems (diamond, tourmaline and sapphire). That sounds regal!
The Face Contour Kit has vitamins A, E, F H and B which keep the skin healthy and protected. I wouldn’t be surprised if this will be everyone’s favorite DermoCosmetics piece. I have yet to use it though 🙂
8 Hours with Celeteque DermoCosmetics
I decided to wear the new Celeteque DermoCosmetics yesterday. I was running late and I had to do a quick makeup. I love how everything are so easy to apply and blend. I was so in a hurry that I forgot to take a quick #selfie after the makeup. I found myself inside LRT Train (my first time to ride after 4 months! First time to try the Beep Card too!). You can read about yesterday’s event over here.
People might probably thought I am narcissistic, taking a selfie on a train. I wanted to tell everyone I was doing a makeup test/review.
Back in my room…
I know I needed to fix my eyebrows! I am actually growing them and they are a little mess.
First time I am doing this kind of review so bear with the face 🙂
Anyway, that’s the look after 8 hours. I was feeling more tired because I took a public transport (imagine the dirt, pollution and smog!). I couldn’t wait to take off my makeup as soon as I got home. When using other products, I would expect break outs; but not with Celeteque DermoCosmetics.
What I love about the new Celeteque DermoCosmetics?
They are easy to apply and blend. Perfect for woman-on-the-go!
The packaging of each Celeteque DermoCosmetic is simple and practical.
The foundation didn’t give me breakouts! Yay!
The powder kept me oil-free for 8 hours!
The lip stick didn’t dry up my lips!
They are reasonably priced for makeup that can also protect your skin.
