While most of the millennials (or xennials) would dream of living and owning a condo, I have this crazy dream of living in a hotel.

I have experienced living in a hotel and service-type hotel during business trips. One of the joys of staying in a hotel is going home to a well-made room and fresh bedsheets. The biggest challenge for me was doing the laundry. 

Last year, I came across Cirque Serviced Residences (near Eastwood and Ortigas) which is a hotel that not just offers accommodation for staycations but also for extended stays. Interestingly,Cirque Serviced Residences has units for sale which you can lease. Basically, it is like owning one unit/room in Cirque Serviced Residences and earning whenever a guest books an accommodation. 

Cirque Serviced Residences is a first serviced residence under Ortigas & Company, in partnership with hotel management specialist, Hospitality Innovators Inc. (HII). Hospitality Innovation Inc is popular for the properties like Azumi Boutique Hotel and Parque Espana in Alabang, Exchange Regency in Ortigas and The Crosswinds in Tagaytay, and Hue Hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan (read my review of Hue Hotel).

Cirque Serviced Residences is in Circulo Verde which is just a a 10-minute drive to Ortigas Business Districts and Eastwood City. It is accessible via major roads like EDSA, Ortigas, Katipunan, C5 Road. 

Out of curiosity (and before jumping into an impulse condo purchase) 🤩 , we booked a staycation in Cirque Serviced Residences

Cirque Serviced Residences has 55 rooms housed in Ibiza Tower and Seville Tower. 

Two Bedroom Suite

We stayed in a 2-Bedroom Suite which is complete with a living room, kitchen, dining, toilet, 2 rooms (+ 1 toilet in the Master’s Bedroom) and a laundry area (which can be transformed in a maid’s quarter).

The suite is spacious and comfortable. I like the idea of having a ready laundry area which can be converted to a maid’s room with her own toilet. 

One Bedroom Flat

Our very accommodating host offered me to stay in a One Bedroom Flat but I decided to decline and stayed with the boys. I thought having the Master’s Bedroom is already enough space for me that night. 

I love the layout of the 1 Bed Room Flat which also has its own living room area, kitchen, dining area , bedroom, toilet and laundry area. 

One Bedroom Loft 

On our second day, we moved to the One Bedroom Loft. The design of the One Bedroom Loft is exactly how I wanted my place to be – high ceiling, spacious, brick wall, and good natural lighting. 

The place is a nice venue for hosting parties and get-together with friends. 

Restaurants in Circulo Verde

Cirque Serviced Residences partnered with restaurants in Industria Mall to cater to guests who are staying in the hotel. Guests  have the option to have their breakfast delivered to their rooms by Goodah or they can dine in in Kambal Pandesal.  There are also set meals for lunch and dinner which guests can avail from partner restaurants, Chef & Brewer and Chill Top. 

Kambal Pandesal 

(open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Guests are given a food voucher which they can use for breakfast or lunch (after check-out). 

I got a Tapsilog Meal with Double Cheese Bread and Latte. Super breakfast! 

Chef & Brewer

(10:00 am to 8:00 pm) 

Chef & Brewer serves classic Filipino dishes and pub favorites. We had a very filling lunch here after we checked out. 

Chill Top KTV

(open 24 hours)

On our first night, we had dinner at Chill Top KTV. 

They served Filipino Favorites like Sinigang, Fried Chicken, Sisig (which I find a little sweet), and Lechon Kawali. Guests can dine and sing at a consumable rate. The room that we got is big and can accommodate up to 10 pax. 

Things to Do in Circulo Verde + Cirque Serviced Residences


Staying in Cirque Serviced Residences gives guests access to the facilities such as swimming pool and gym equipped with  stationary bike, exercise balls, exercise mats, bench machine and handle bars.

Guests can also go around the Circulo Verde via a Golf Cart Service. There are different recreational areas inside the property like basketball court, bike playground, jogging path and RC pit stop (for drones and remote control hobbyists). 

Cirque Serviced Residences prides itself as being a pet-friendly property in Ortigas. There is a park called Hachi Park where guests can take their pets for a walk and play.  The units are also equipped with specia noise and odor-absorbing tiles and textile walls. This allows guests to bring their pets in while avoiding disrupting neighboring guests. 

Cirque Serviced Residences offers more than a space and convenience but privacy. During our stay, I felt that I was staying far from Manila. It offers the benefits of urban living with the peace and quiet that you can find from the suburbs.

It is located in a secluded area, yet everything is not more than a half-hour drive.

Cirque Serviced Residences is perfect for families, friends and business travelers looking for a place to stay in for long-term.
