5 Tips on How I Live Life with Joy and #ZeroWorries
I love it when people say I give a different fun and light energy. I think I have mastered the art of separating my problems/concerns/issues when I need to focus on work or other important things.
I admit that I also have “dark days” when I feel worried and insecure. The heart is weak. I am blessed to have my closest friends who I can talk to about these things. I honestly think that it is important to have someone (or friends) who would allow you to be vulnerable without judgement.
I wish I could tell you about my challenges, but I am here to share more happy blogs.
Now, I live in the mantra: Live for today, plan for tomorrow, party tonight.
I am continuously striving to become a better person each day, and I want to share with you my tips on how I live life with #zeroworries:
1. Take time for silence.
I allow myself to enjoy my peace and quiet when I need it – that means not posting anything online, not checking social media sites, not engaging with anyone. My friend said it is not healthy to isolate myself but somehow, it helps me re-charge and re-gain motivation to face life’s challenges.
2. Take charge of my possession and get ride of stuff.
I am still in the process of disposing items that I do not need and only keeping a few that I love. The more items I own means more time and attention I need to set aside to take care of these things.
3. Stick with my budget.
The goal is to add more digits in my bank account (for future travels and retirement). In order to achieve the goal, I need to stick with my budget and be smart in spending my money. We cannot deny that personal financial crisis is one of the reasons people get worried and depressed. I am glad that I have the discipline to smartly use my money and credit cards.
4. Embracing morning habits.
I am starting to become a morning person – and loving it! I feel that I am accomplishing more things in the morning and it gives me a feeling of being ahead of the game. My morning wake-up time used to be at 10:00 in the morning; but such habit translated to unproductiveness.
5. Solve simple life stresses.
Most of the things that stress us out are simple life stresses like horrible traffic, broken charging cable, and greasy plates.
